This Terms of Service, hereafter known as "TOS", is a binding contract that both the artist, hereafter known as "I", "me", or "my", and the person(s) commissioning the artist, hereafter known as "the client", "they", "their", or "them", must both follow accordingly and without deviation to this TOS.

 

Before I begin on any commission, I require payment in full from the client. Payment can be made using PayPal or Google Wallet. When the client contacts me using this website's form or via note in FurAffinity or Weasyl, they should mention which form of payment they would like to use.

If the client is using Google Wallet, I will notify them of which e-mail they may send payment to.

 

If the client wishes to purchase a commission as a gift, they must let me know ahead of time. The client must only request a character that they (or the person they are buying a gift for) personally own.

 

I WILL NOT DRAW LICENSED CHARACTERS. Examples of licensed characters include Bugs Bunny, Twilight Sparkle, Pikachu, Renamon, Sailor Moon, etc. I will not draw Pokémon or Digimon anthros or sonas, UNLESS the Pokémon or Digimon in question is a fan creation the client has created.

 

I will not draw intellectual property belonging to someone else. This includes characters from webcomics, written works, etc.

 

During the commission process, I will show the client each step (sketch/inking/flat colors/final shaded piece) so they know how I'm doing and so I can ask them if any changes need to be made.

 

The client will be e-mailed two sizes of their completed commission: a large size for their own personal use, and a smaller, watermarked size for gallery uploading purposes.

 

Please note that only the client and I are permitted to upload the finished product or any of the steps taken to finish the product. I do not allow my work to be used elsewhere unless I give the client the go-ahead to do so. I do not allow third parties, up to and including businesses who are not the client, to make profit from my images in any way, shape, or form.

 

THE CLIENT MAY

• Repost/reblog the RESIZED AND WATERMARKED artwork, so long as credit to me is provided via a link to my FurAffinity account, and my watermark and signature are not edited or removed from the artwork.

• Make icons/backgrounds/wallpapers from the image FOR THE CLIENT'S OWN PERSONAL USE. The client is prohibited from knowingly redistributing such items on the internet or anywhere else.

• Make physical items of the artwork (prints/magnets/journals/etc.) FOR THE CLIENT'S OWN PERSONAL USE. The client is prohibited from selling these items on the internet or anywhere else.

 

THE CLIENT MAY NOT​

• Edit the image in any way (coloring and/or recoloring, cropping, etc.).

• Claim the image as their or someone else's own work.

• Erase or otherwise alter out my watermark and signature.

• Use the image for profit in any way (i.e. selling prints, putting the image on a shirt or other physical merchandise with the internt to sell; also they are prohibited from selling digital merchandise, such as Telegram stickers, made from the image).

• Repost/reblog the large sized version of the image.
